At Right Cloud, our pricing is simple, transparent, and designed to scale with your organisation. Every contract starts with a minimum of 10 Core Users, giving your business a fully managed foundation. From there, you can add additional people under our Contractor, Mobile, or Donation plans ensuring everyone in your organisation has the right level of service at the right cost.

Minimum of 10 Core Users required to start a contract. Additional tiers can be added once Core is in place.
Our Core Plan is the foundation of every Right Cloud service agreement. Core is designed to give your team everything they need to work securely, efficiently, and without interruption. It combines fully managed business apps, secure data protection, proactive monitoring, and rapid access to our technical team, all included in one predictable monthly cost.

Available only in addition to the Core Plan.
The contractor Plan is ideal for temporary staff, contractors, or partners who need secure access to your company’s systems without a full device setup. It delivers secure cloud-based working with full backup and unlimited helpdesk.

Available only in addition to the Core Plan. Designed with not-for-profit volunteers in mind, offered at no cost.
The Donation Plan is designed for not-for-profits, specifically their volunteers and board members, providing secure access to essential services and our helpdesk at no cost. Right Cloud donates both our services and Microsoft’s not-for-profit licensing, ensuring there is truly no cost to you.
